What is your delivery time?
For our made to order dresses, delivery can be up to 16 weeks but rest assured it is usually much sooner than this. Please contact us if you require them sooner than this and we can see if we can meet your timeline.
Do you offer returns?
As these dresses are made to order, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns. You are very welcome to visit our boutique in Stratford upon Avon to try on the gowns beforehand or alternatively, you can order one dress before committing to a bulk purchase. Please ensure you are happy with your colour choice before purchasing-it is advisable to order a swatch. We do recommend ordering together if you require more than one to ensure a complete colour match as the fabric is dyed to order and variations in tone may occur.
